We had a talk from Pc Chris Murphy of Strathclyde Police. He explained the system used when a vulnerable person goes missing.
He explained the importance of using the first hours after the disappearance to locate the missing person, to that end it is very useful to have notes on the person with details of their contacts and a of places which are important to them, this should be kept in a safe place. There is a form which can be completed to this end.
